Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect your time and ours, please review our cancellation policy below:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
• This fee is calculated as 30% of the total cost of the service(s) booked.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are also subject to the 30% fee.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Same-Day Rescheduling: If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day, you may reschedule your appointment on the same day through the booking app and no cancellation fee will be applied.
If you do not reschedule your appointment on the same day, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
No-shows and same-day cancellations without rescheduling are subject to the 30% cancellation fee.
